      My nephew, when he was about 12, was hustling on trying to start a business. I was trying to explain market forces, demand, etc, but struggling. Finally I asked him, why are you trying to do this now? Why not wait until HS or college?

      “I want to be flush by then so I can go see the wildlife before it’s all gone.”

      I dont know if youre familiar with a Canadian artist named Matthew Good, but he wrote a book and talked about watching the end of the world from a lawn chair with a case of beer and the Bud girls. Think the humour was lost on many.

    Many years ago, during the cold war, a travel agency in the US used the slogan “Visit Europe as long as it still exists”. Looks like the tables have turned.

    A week or two ago I saw (eu) a quick sale freezer packed to the brim with Dr Oetker American style pizzas (The Boxes have Stars and Stripes all over em of course).

    Ppl fkn had it.
