Our local paper just did a story on this this morning. Only 44% of full time workers here make a living wage due to the low wages.

Good catch

Bluesky users really seem to not understand what the platform actually is, coming from a user myself that actually enjoys it. You already have the ability to adjust your feeds as well as create your own and use some made by others so no need to use the optional app. Most of those feeds are publicity editable too so you can change what others users see in their “For You” feed. It’s probably the most transparent around while also being pretty easy to hijack what someone sees if they think it’s just some standard social media site of 5 years ago. Added some screenshots of oen of the sites that shows the public info of what is in different People’s for you page

It goes up by the day and there were already naval ships enroute before Tripoli and Boxer were called. This was just on Friday them preparing another 10,000 troops making it close to the 50,000 part of "Operation Epic Fury "

Protection for the troops a month after starting the war and 13 of the nearby bases destroyed… there doesn’t even seem to be a plan on where to place these additional 50,000 troops arriving within the next 2 weeks other than leaving them as sitting ducks in ships. There was never a plan … they are winging it I really hope everyone is realizing this. If it wasn’t for some of the naval commanders already saying no to the madmen on bringing our ships closer to shore for an invasion so far, the number of casualties would be alot higher on both sides.

GOOD. Bubble grew a bigger hole letting the air out. Disney removed their $1B investment so let’s hope more do too in the near future to keep ripping that hole wider, yes.

Apparently this has been going on for a while but The Verge started sounding the alarm 3 months ago. They know most people won’t read more than a couple sentences past a headline if they even open the article at all. Confirmation bias is about to go wild

Thought this was /nottheonion for a moment sigh

? I’m not right wing nor close to it. I’m just responding to the post of the truth social screenshot, from what I’ve seen he’s shared over a dozen different AI videos on that same platform that were fake realities. Stephen Miller to me is the equivalent of Heinrich Himmler, who was the brain of the Nazi Regime in its worst while being the right hand man of Hitler. Im sure it’s easy to make trump belive any video was a nearly 80 tear old man liek all the other seniors that fall for AI on the daily, we have no clue the Intel they fees him that makes him more evil by the day

Those around him have to be showing him AI videos, every reaction of his to clips of something happening are so detached of what’s going on. This isn’t new but becoming more and more blatant by the day

Monitor the trend and avoid contact of whatever the birds frequently sit on

Its definitely a big uptick here in my city since the week before Christmas and it was way more apparent with the amount of sick people still trying to commute to work with public transit today after the holidays have ended. Also directly dealing with about 80/20 sick people atm with my job, seems meds are the main thing people are wanting expressed atm.
sigh NetMax? /s
This feels like it’ll go the HBO Max, wait Max, no HBO Max, dibocal route

The collective WTF said as both nations wake up to hearing about all of this will be heard around the world. We need anti war protests ASAP to show the world we as the citizens do not condone this invasion by our government, march on DC would be better obviously but we need people to at least start speaking out instead of it just being a scroll on their phone til it hits us in higher prices and shortages of products from South America and China

With another AI talk to try to hype up consumers in the article, I wouldn’t be surprised this thing is pretty much like a Chromebook that has to call servers to do much things… Still sticking to older tech

Debt, lots of accumulating debt.

What a way to basically double prices for users that actually use the service as it was promoted…
RIP Google Play Music. Have yet to find another streaming service who’s algorithm knew me so well to discover new music
