It really is a great movie
Nah man, causing people I love to suffer on account of my actions is something I want to avoid whenever I can.
Yeah I wouldn’t be around to be actively bothered by it, but I care about others and the impact I have quite a bit.
I have hope that I can help make a better tomorrow, I can’t do that by causing those I love to suffer.
To be the person that someone used to know, that when conversations get close to they get quiet, and for people to hang their heads at the thought of me. I have enough people in my past that are that way, I don’t want to be that person for someone else.
Not enough people seem to realize you can do things for the love of the game

JFC that would thrash my poor little car!

I’m so happy my shitbox takes regular 87
Unfortunately the cheapest I ccould find yesterday was $5.15 per gallon (they limit you to 10 gallons). Most of them around me are $5.50+ with 2 being well over $6 per gallon ($6.19 and $6.29).
Those are for regular, I haven’t even checked premium prices locally.

Oh god would someone please think of the business owners!

Probably getting rid of the generals telling him it’s a bad idea given the current trend.

It could boil down to his lack of knowledge in other systems.
“Only you can prevent someone from using your likeness for merchandising without approval.”
And don’t forget potatoes!

scoffs
Writing things down?!?
If you do that you’ll cease to exercise your memory and will grow to rely on external means.
Back in my day we built our memory.
(If you’re not familiar this was basically Socrates’ (as portrayed by Plato) view on writing things down)

When I started my meds in about a month later I finished nearly every project I had started in the previous year.
It was like magic.
I could pick up the tools, get started, and finish.

Less worse is better than worst possible.
There’s gradients to nearly all parts of life.
“I stepped in shit.” vs “I fell face first in shit.” One is clearly worse than the other.

For me the fun is not only still there but the crushing feeling of self loathing from being unable to finish anything is gone because I can actually finish things now.
It’s amazing.
Luckily for me I got a good one from the start, one of my friends had to try 4 different meds before they got the right one for them.
It’s a great game, it’s a vibe for sure lol
