2·3 days agoShit, try now, looks like it required a parameter to work.
Highlight doubt it. Anyway I run powershell scripts all the time when forced onto Windows, so 🤷♀️
I have a ~10 line powershell script that presses the scroll lock key for 1 second every 60 seconds. Way simpler.

I’m thinking of a lensed device with an LCD screen behind it, something small you can put in front of the camera.
It would need a special LCD screen, but I think my privacy is worth it.

3·7 days agoThis is because they constantly need to “develop” it to give it new “features” and “improvements”. Bitch, Office peaked at 2007-2010, move onto innovating somewhere else.

2·9 days agoI just bought a new pc with a top end Gigabyte MB, a 9950 X3D, Seasonic TX 1300, noctua cooler, PTM, and 48gb 6400 DDR5 for $2500, I would not pay 250 less for the extra DDR4 RAM and generally worse specs.
I’d re-look at current pricing and reassess.

92·16 days agoAfaik after Fukushima they abandoned nuclear no?
After the March 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster and subsequent anti-nuclear protests, the government announced that it would close all of its nuclear power plants by 2022.[7][8] Eight of the 17 operating reactors in Germany were permanently shut down following Fukushima.
While nuclear power was gradually phased out of the German power mix, Germany increased its use of fossil fuel energy by 7% over the period 2002–2022, with a massive increase in usage of natural gas and only modest reductions of coal power and oil power.[9] By some estimates, Germany could have achieved a 73% reduction in its carbon emissions by retaining nuclear power during the period 2002–2022 and could have saved €696 billion on its energy transition.[9]

Linux has an issue or flaw (like middle click copy/paste being forced): just live with it, it was a decision made in 1965 because one dude wanted it that way and it’s so baked in we can’t fix it.
