Nobody that runs a campaign as apart of the two major parties is ever going to not bolster the military and not incentivize service. One of the major frustrations is that not a single Democrat or Republican ever wants to be seen as anti-military often because they have a constituency dependent on the military industrial complex.
That’s also why the DOD has never passed an audit while still getting a constantly ballooning budget.
Sounds like it’s time to establish a viable third party. Obviously, that is easier said than done, and many would consider it impossible. But left-wing sentiments continue to grow in popularity and we must not resign ourselves to a fate without challenging it!

It’s tragic and says a lot about the world we live in that the only way I see it happening is through virality — memes and influencers — but then, how is this campaign funded in a way that competes with the corpo vaults, and how do you get the right people onboard?
