am I missing this article, last I heard, trump was talking about extending the cuts… followed by Mike Johnson saying no we aren’t interested in that at all.
Which then I guess further follows up the question, does Mike Johnson even need to bring it up to a vote at all? Like hypothetically even if they whip the votes and get 10 republicans to defect… would anything actually force johnson to bring it to a vote at all?

TBF… it’s looking like there will in fact be a vote to extend, which will likely pass thanks to some R that are not fully MAGA
