The tinned ones I would agree but if you make it yourself its great. I grew up only ever having home made and then in my 20s got given a tin of it for the first time, it’s terrible.

What is wrong with peanut butter? Got some on my desk. Approx 50% fat, 26% protein, 5% sugar 5% other carbs, 9% fiber.

Its a high energy density but I usually only add a bit to other foods. Lately that is usually oats, sultanas, peanut butter and milk.

Heavy starch is a lot of British comfort foods and a great hangover food.

Sounds very similar to how I make it but English mustard and a slash of Worcestershire sauce. Sometimes fry bacon and use the bacon grease instead of butter too.

Also added fried onions before but not done that in a while.

The only question I would have is if that a real cheese sauce or the shit you get from a tin.

I live in one of the fattest towns in the country. No chance I would be first eaten, they would take days just to eat through the outer perimeter of the town before they get close to my house.

Bakery round the corner from where I work doesn’t use AI or even poster. To advertise they fill the wall with bread, buns, pastries and cakes.
