No it’s the Russian system. Everyone in the administration gets bribes and kickbacks all the time, only those who fall out of favor get exposed, there is no actual calling that doesn’t matter. It’s just a way of punishing people that displease trump by exposing their shocking corruption, while everyone else’s is there but hidden. When everyone gets corruption only those who are naughty to the president get punished.

Reserve plants are counted by how much they’re used which hasn’t been that high so far, not the total amount they could burn if used 100%. They are going all in on solar with coal backup.
