I feel like this is most of shakespears work. Having read a lot of it, i was deeply unimpressed. I found it grueling to work through any of his pieces. And yet theyre universally beloved. Pretty sure its just because everyones teacher told them the book was good.

Its weird though, to kill a mockingbird was actually good, and yet it doesnt recieve nearly as much fanfare as something like hamlet or romeo & juliet. Feels like people just like shakespear because everyone else likes shakespear.

  • Its worth looking into chemical reactions. Keep in mind a bomb is anything that holds pressure until it suddenly doesnt. With a little ingenuity you can make almost anything into a bomb, and there are jo personel defenses and few vehicular defenses against a properly prepared bomb.

No gun will save you from the government. They will always have more force than you. But if you can force them to come to you, you can control where engagements happen. The geneva convention only applies to governments, the rest of the world is not going to care about you using biological or chemical weapons against your government.

Get a gasmask, bleach and ammonia mixed make chlorine gas. Leave barrels of gasoline around your property and practice shooting. You can get mercury out of old thermometers and use them to make tilt switches so that when someone steps on something, it activates. Timothy mcveigh (horrible dude, im not glorifying him here) showed how effective fertilizer bombs can be.

To be clear, im not advocating for any of this, simply listing your options.

  • Well its been well established the rational people and MAGA simply cant coexist, so I would imagine the war is going to look pretty terrible for everyone. But if we dont pull this tumor out its will only bed itself deeper into our society. Half of the US has already demonstrated that they will violently destroy any attempt at progress and salt the Earth so those options are lost forever. Yeah, id say the war is going to suck.

But either we win and we actually get to start making progress, or we lose and the world actually becomes idiocracy now that those who care and those who have central nervous systems have been killed. Either the world finally stops being mustashe twirlingly comically evil, or me and mine are no longer in this world.

Its so fucking frustrating that democrats and centrists insist on propogating a broken system of civility politics. The law exists for a damn reason, when people break it they deserve whatever punishment society has deemed them of. And yet when we have clearly guilty individuals the “good guys” dont want to rock the boat. Fucking do ANYTHING other than let them continue ffs

  • Okay, so the rest of this is just theory crafting based on logical reasoning, but id like to hear your take. Quickly googling, it shows that we have succesfully mapped the neurons in one millimeter of mouse brain, and it had about 200,000 cells (neural nodes). Thats a lot of neural nodes to emulate, let alone the connections. It would seem to me that its far easier to customize our hardware. Mossfets dont strike me as up to the task, so it would seem to me that the future of ai lies in growing actual neurons and training them. You would achieve a much higher neural density that way, and the work is already being done to make that tech feasible.

Basically, do you think its a hardware issue?
