As a person recently diagnosed. I have a pill bottle with my daily dose. I refill it in the evening on my comedown to make sure I don’t forget it. I do sometimes forget in the morning when I go into the office though.

I thought voluntary scanning was already on the books (this is what I gathered from the article)? What makes this version different?

I’m sorry to say this, but switching distros would be the better option. Bazzite locks down a lot of parts to ensure it works for games. There’s ways around it, but the effort is so much more compared to any other popular distro. Plenty of distros either come with KDE or have a version that has KDE.

I like to deal in absolutes when it comes to not psyching myself out from doing things. It very much is a mind game and also could be me coping with my social anxiety. If you’re able to medicate your ADHD take some time while you’re on your meds to make definitive plans (where you’re going and what time). It has helped me tremendously.

Just today I said I was going to go to a few select places with a definitive start and end point. I did have to remove some places cause I ended up having conversations with people that kept me somewhere longer than expected, but that's a good reason to not follow through on my general plans.
