      Why does he need a gun when he has an entire army and nukes? Apparently if you’re a felon you can’t have a pistol but it’s no issue being in charge of the most powerful army in the world and one of the biggest nuclear arsenals.

            Interesting theory, I don’t know either way.

            Can anyone out there confirm or deny whether the shitstain’s gold plated gun is real and functional, or just a useless mockup trophy?

        Sitting presidents cannot be indicted, he probably doesn’t care at all if he’s allowed to. Might be additional exception rules for members of the armed services, as well.
