I’m just saying, “as part of your cease fire deal, you may continue killing people in that area over there” is pretty counterintuitive.
It’s more like “as part of the ceasefire you’ve agreed to disarm these terrorists. But if you don’t, or they pose a threat to us, we will take care of them”.
Oh well I’m glad they gave them a chance to do it themselves! Oh wait, no, they immediately started killing.
