The men forcing women to dress like this aren’t using the law to force them. Laws forbidding dressing like this are, theoretically, to protect them from being forced.

I’m open to the probability that there are such women. But I can’t imagine that they area anything but a sharp minority.

They were illegal when they got here, so they are still illegal. They have to go back to their own country, and re-enter the US properly.

Of course, when they get there and find out their own country is now a US state, and they can’t enter it, there may be some confusion.
