Nah I’ll stick with repubs
Nah I’ll stick with repubs
Why do you keep saying commonwealth? Is it part of some weird belief structure of yours? (I’m genuinely curious)
🙄 we did it lemmy, the annoying pedantic scolds have arrived
I call them Repubs at this point because they don’t want to say things like “Democratic politicians” opting instead for “Democrat politicians” because they’re worried democratic sounds too good.
I think republican sounds too good. They don’t want a republic, they want a tyrant.
They’re just indicating what they’re doing. They’re breaking everything.
The American citizens are going to sit here like a slowly boiling frog as long as there’s never one singular shock.
I’m fine with the analogy but always want to point out: they ran the experiment, the frog jumps out. To take the analogy too far, we’re worse than frogs.
We need wide public support and organizing against the regime.
Your argument is exactly why I think forced birth should be illegal under the amendment that outlaws forced labor and indentured servitude.
And, like quite a few laws put in place by fascists, they are unequally applied.
Laws are – with some extremely rare exceptions – always unequally applied.
One of those hits was basically just a fan fiction song for sweet home Alabama.
There was a time where making a public statement this deranged would mean that nobody would ever consider you a serious person ever again.
I get that you’re likely a cryptofascist or a person trying on a bunch of different belief structures like they’re hats or something.
But still, why commonwealth so often? What meaning does that term hold for you?
