Something I just read past, apparently!

I’m not sure. There’s just no joke. It could be that’s the joke. Or maybe it was made by someone who really likes walking.

I hope Japan has something like a teachers union, and will make the most of this information.

It reads like an attempt at joviality that comes off as condescending. College students see this shit all the time.

I’m an old fart. I know better than to try to be hip. I’m not, and never have been. I get along just fine.

It was funny at first, but I won’t miss it if it disappears like other slang has.

If you can find an independent pharmacy in your area, then by all means, switch.

I need to take prescription meds every day, so I deal with the pharmacy more than I want to. My hatred of chain pharmacies runs deep. In my case, the independent one is a little further, but it ultimately saves me time and frustration. The staff KNOWS me and what I take. I can’t tell you how valuable that can be. When I call, the pharmacist recognizes my voice ffs

Even if he is removed under the 25th amendment, MAGAts would never allow themselves to forget it. To them, it would be infinitely worse than 9/11. They’d smugly remove everyone they didn’t like from office (which they’re already doing, but this would be much faster and much harsher). Everyone involved would lose their jobs, and possibly be sent to prison. Their replacements (if MAGA decides they need to be replaced, anyway) would be forced to sign a loyalty oath to President Vance.

We Americans need to understand that our democracy has failed us. We could have stopped him when he tried to overthrow the government the first time. We could have legally prevented him from running for a second term. Too many of our leaders are cowards, though, so now we’re facing the consequences.

But it’s only an issue in the news because it has become a political fight and it should not be one.

Still, as much as I dislike her, I appreciate that she’s taking a stand on this issue.

Because if Hamas executed the hostages, they’d have even less bargaining power than they already do. Unfortunately, Netanyahu doesn’t seem to care much about the hostages anyway.
