Yes. Eating a variety of meat - goat, lamb, pork, chicken, horse, buffalo, etc can be hugely beneficial.

It’s a lot easier to cut back on beef and other animal products than to eliminate them completely. It’s a lot easier to eat vegetarian or vegan options when available instead of feeling the need to read labels and refuse to eat food at friends, family and other gatherings entirely.

I will never forget volunteering with a magat just after the election and her being like ‘just wait! Everything is going to get cheaper in a month or two!’ A huge part of me would love to chat with her now. How you like $4-5 gas?
