Night before and morning of are the worst of the anxiety, and yes it’s normal.

I’ve had my fair share of procedures and even though I’ve learned to focus on the after (feeling better, having better function) that doesn’t stop the jitters from kicking in. This, too, shall pass and it’s all part of the process.
