I have bad news for you. China isn’t actually waiting for “russia to win a war first”. They are sitting back, encouraging and aiding ruzzia to use ALL of it’s resources and abilities, and become even weaker in the process. Then, when ruzzia is negligible soon, it might be time to repay some historical insults, hey? And, if by some million to one chance, ruzzia wins against Ukraine, well, China can use that in it’s Taiwan strategy. It’s a win either way, for China.
