The officer apparently tried to tuck a gun into his pants instead of using a holster, failed, dropped the gun, and menaced bystanders in response to his own failure

    The gun fumble omfg, guy being kidnapped very nearly grabbed it. Then it takes 8 minutes for 4 guys to put on handcuffs and get out of the intersection!?! Reckless, untrained and dangerous for everyone around them.

      Drops his own gun next to the hand of the guy he’s arresting, then hastily picks it up to point it at the people recording him. Incredible.
